This page helps you better understand uploading documents to the Jobcenter and find the official digital access more quickly and safely.

In many cases, the Jobcenter asks for supporting documents or additional records. These can be uploaded and submitted through the official digital channel. Depending on the situation, this may include, for example, proof of income, rent documents, bank statements, or other important documents.

What you should prepare before taking the official step:

- the requested documents in full
- clearly readable scans or photos
- important letters or notices from the Jobcenter
- information about which case or process the documents belong to
- a stable internet connection
